How It Works

You do this once per card.

  1. 1 Tap Your Card

    Hold your card to the top of your iPhone or the middle of the back of your Android. An activation page opens.

  2. 2 Paste Your Link

    Paste your Google review link (Google Business Profile → "Ask for reviews" → Copy link), then tap Activate. Customers then land right on the stars.

  3. 3 Test It

    Tap the card again. Your Google review page should open. Done.

If Something's Not Working:

Nothing happens when I tap it on my phone

Check NFC is on. iPhone XS and newer read the card automatically while the screen is on: hold the top edge of the phone against it (iPhone 7 to X: use NFC Tag Reader in Control Center). On Android, turn NFC on in Settings under Connected devices or Connections; the reader sits in the middle of the back. Thick or metal phone cases can block it.

My card opens the wrong page

Email us the card code (shown on the activation page) and the right link, and we'll fix it, usually within one business day. The card never needs to come back.

I don't have a Google Business Profile yet

Customers need one to review you. Create it free at business.google.com, then tap your card and paste its review link.

How do cards for my team or a second location work?

Activate every card for one location with the same review link. For a second location, use that location's link.
