Refund policy

Returns

You can return your StarzyCards order within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging and accessories (badge reel, clip, stand), and with proof of purchase.

A refund is only issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Orders that are not returned are not eligible for a refund.

90-day review guarantee

If you don't get more Google reviews within 90 days of delivery, you can return your StarzyCards order within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The cards, stand and accessories must be returned to us (email us first for the return address). The refund is issued once we receive the return. This guarantee covers the purchase price; return shipping is your responsibility.

How to start a return

Email support@starzycards.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Unless your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or arrange a return for a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Exceptions

Items that have been damaged after delivery, or that are not returned with their original components, cannot be refunded. Gift cards are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers in the EU (including Germany): right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a third party you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To withdraw, tell us clearly (for example by email to support@starzycards.com) that you want to withdraw from the contract. Sending your notice before the 14 days end is enough.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used for the order. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever comes first. Please send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and function.

This statutory right applies in addition to the 90-day review guarantee above, and nothing in this policy limits it.
