Shipping policy

Shipping rates

United States and Canada: free tracked shipping on orders of 2 or more items ($39.98 or more). Orders under that ship for a flat $4.99.

Germany: free tracked shipping on orders of $39.98 or more. Orders under that ship for a flat $6.99. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 4 business days after payment is verified. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. After shipping, delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days to the United States, Canada and Germany. Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Black Friday and the holidays.

If an item is out of stock or can't ship within that time, we'll email you right away with a new estimated ship date. You can choose to wait for it or cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will get your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email support@starzycards.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Shipping protection

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, email support@starzycards.com with your order number within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will reship your order free of charge.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships.
